Job Description
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in Quality Control Concepts and usage of Quality tools, Quality system auditing.
- Computer literate with good oral and written skill both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge of Quality System (ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015)
Job Description:
- Liaise with supplier on quality matter
- Ensure Quality Policy and Objective is understood by subordinates.
- As in charger to the vendor and part quality issues
- Liaise with concern department of part quality issues
- Handle quality system audit
- Monitor and in charger of incoming inspection activity.
- Ensure incoming inspection activity conduct according to procedure such available of PIS or checklist few new inspection part
- Ensure documented inspection procedures and instruction are carried out by subordinates
- Allocate duties and monitoring of Incoming Quality Control Technician performance.
- Judgement on reject / on hold of non-conforming parts and ensure that non-conforming parts are identified and segregated.
- Provide training needs by Technicians.
- Additional task instructed by Superior.
