Job Description
- Responsible for conducting risk-based operational, financial and compliance audits.
- Ensure company' s Standard Operationg Procedures, ISO Quality Management System and regulatory requirements are in compliant.
- Provide internal control assurance by conducting review of the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls to manage critical business and operational risk.
- Provide recommendations on areas of improvements in internal processes, controls and operational efficiencies.
- To assist in engineering improvement projects such as to reduce the factory downtime, assist in factory performance monitoring, assist in cost saving projects and to carry out any other projects related in improving performance efficiency.
- To ensure all works performed are documented adequately in audit working papers in the manner acceptable to company's practice.
- To participate positively and actively in the internal review and exit meeting with auditees.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Accounting, Internal Auditing, or possess professional qualification such as CIA, CISA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
- Good command of English with strong analytical, report writing and communication skills to communicate with all levels of management.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good auditing skills and demonstrate good understanding of operation and accounting processes.
- Able to work independently as well as a dynamic team player under a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Willing to travel.
