Job Description
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
• Reports to Managing Director
• Assist to bridge management and employee relations by addressing
demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensure all HR policies are applied fairly and consistently to all
employees
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Oversee and manage the performance appraisal system
• Manage payrolls and the processes
• Manage the HRDF levy, training grants application and claims
• Manage internal continuing education / training & development funds
• Monitor HR metrics and databases
• Monitor worker’s compensation for work place accident claim
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Responsible for the training and development of the HR team
• Any other jobs assigned
Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
· Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field
· Minimum 5 years’ human resources managerial work experience
· People oriented and results driven
· Experience with Human Resources metrics
· Knowledge of HR systems and databases
· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
· Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships
at all levels of the company
· In-depth knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
· Possess a positive attitude, good leadership skills, interpersonal
communication skills, independent and a team player
