Job Description
- Oversees and manages the full spectrum of HR & Administration.
- Develops and implements HR policies and procedures, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, employee welfare administration and payroll.
- Review, develop and implement HR & Administrative common policies & standard operating procedure and monitors its compliances and effectiveness.
- Handling and advises Management on disciplinary issues, staff counseling and grievances, termination, and other employee relation matters in compliances with local labor laws.
- Provide HR consulting and solutions to the management team in the development of strategic HRM systems and programs to help the company achieve its business objectives.
- Work with business units’ managers to identify competency gaps of employees and build effective learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Leadership, Managing
- Preferably Senior Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and result oriented.
- Excellent communication skills both vertically and horizontally
