Job Description
- Minimum 2 years experience in Human Resource and Administration functions.
- Knowledge in payroll system.
- Maintain the leave management system.
- Ensure data capture by the time clock is correctly transferred to Time Management System.
- Maintain the smooth function of Time Management System.
- Handle renewal and medical examination of work permit.
- Maintain company headcounts on weekly basis.
- Maintain and update all leave application.
- Issue employee badges, locker keys and uniform.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
