Job Description
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment. Mainly is sourcing candidates, resume/cv screening, conduct phone interview, schedule interview, offering and background checks for all qualified candidates.
- Reach out potential hires through professional networking, groups on social media, events conferences and workshops.
- Design job description and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
- Prepared job offer letter, coordinate, arrange and execute the on-boarding process and ensure all on-boarding process for new hires are properly carried out.
- Carry our any of the duties and ad hoc assignments as and when required.
Job requirement:
- 4 years of working experience in human resources with at least 2 years handling recruitment.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills and presentation skills.
