Job Description
Job Scope:
- In charge of recruitment for workers.
- Assist in liaising with government bodies such as Labour Office, Immigration, EPF, SOCSO and those related to human resource and administrative issues.
- To coordinate of training activities,updating training records and in charge of training claims submission and correspondence to HRDF
- To manage worker affair such as hostel , discipline etc
- To update employee personal record from time to time
- Handling monthly payroll , attendance
- Review and update employee handbook, organization chart regularly.
Requirement:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Good exposure in handling human resource matters
- Good communication skills both written and oral : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
