Job Description
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position i.e secretarial/Human Resource/Management
- Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- An HR Generalist with strong experience in HR analytics & reporting, recruitment and compensation.
- Experienced in managing or working with Foreign workers, FOMEMA, Permit renewal and Employment Pass renew
- Has a strong leadership and vast experience in HR fields and able to guide and lead a team
- Has a positive attitude towards HR process digitalization and modern working methods
- Has working experience in MNC and interacting with overseas stakeholders
- Positive outlook towards embracing change

Currently TNE is involved in production of heave vehicle's body works & trailers, NGV conversion of trucks & heavy vehicles and Sales & Service light trucks. Due to these expansion, we are looking for suitable candidates to fill in this immediate position.
