Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaising between the IT department and the Executive branch.
- Discover, organize, and clarify business needs and review/produce specifications for change
- Acting as an information source and communicator between business branches.
- Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
- Work with the Technical Analyst and development team to ensure that they understand the specifications.
- Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
- Assess change-proposals and define solutions to help the organization achieve its goals
- Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
- Sourcing and implementing new business technology.
- Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 4 years of working experience in information technology; of which at least 2 years of working experience in BPM practices
- Applied knowledge in BPM work, with prior contributions in business process review projects and relevant experience in the area of Business Process Re-engineering, design thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal skills, highly organised and effective, and a good team player
- Experience in project management / project co-ordination
- Possess the ability to deliver quality documentation using clear and concise language
