Job Description

Job Description:

• Regular employee engagements, from Division Heads to Rank-and-File employees.
• Manage the entire recruitment & selection with a participatory role in conducting interviews and working out the salary proposals.
• Review HR workflows and processes as and when required with a view to stream-line for greater efficiency and productivity
• Participate in regular annual HR exercises including Annual Performance Appraisal, Salary Review & Variable Bonus exercises, and any ad hoc salary reviews or promotions.
• Handle employees’ enquiries on Company’s HR policies and procedures, staff benefits and schemes, employment certification and etc.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in HRM or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of HR experience.
• In-depth understanding of the Malaysia Employment Act
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• A hands-on person who is positive, proactive and driven
• Mature and able to work independently
• Able to speak in Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking Associates.
• Working experience in Electronic manufacturing is an added advantage.
