Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in the company
- Process monthly payroll, allowances and OT.
- Manage training and development programs
- Develop and implement recruitment & sucession plan
- Implement and monitoring Human Resources programs, policies and procedures
- Liaise with government bodies, local authorities and agencies.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or above in any field.
- Required skills: HRDF, Recruitment, Training & Development, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance Appraisals, Attendance, Manpower Planning
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English (Prefer Mandarin Speakers as Headquarter in China)
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior / Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- 2 Full-Time positions available.
