Job Description
Ø Responsible for the full spectrum of transactional activities within the Human Resource function including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, Industrial Relations and Safety and Health.
Ø Provide support for a range of HR administrative processes supporting the employee lifecycle, including such areas as onboarding of new hires, preparation of documents, arranging medical check-up for new hires, administrations of benefits, employee engagement, recruitment issuances or purchase requisition and material requisition, insurance enrollment and termination, renewing company car road tax and insurance.
Ø Contribute the on-going development of the HR knowledge base to help employees quickly and easily find answers their questions via-self-service.
Ø Ensuring that all HR related policies and procedures are adhered to and align with the HR policies and procedure. Highlights for review and updates as and when required.
Ø Keep up to date with the latest HR laws and ensure compliance with a local regulatory requirement.
Ø Responsible for ISO 9001:2015 and to ensure proper implementation of ISO related records.
Ø Handling and update factory environment certificate and license (DOE, DOSH, MBIP & etc).
Ø Arrange for employee training for upgrade working skill and knowledge.
Ø Any ad-hoc task assigns by management.
REQUIREMENTS
Ø Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
Ø Pleasant personality with good communications, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ø Must be able to speak and write in English/Malay language
Ø Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and Employment Acts.
Ø Work as a team player, with positive working attitude
Ø Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ø Able to join us immediately.
