Job Description
YonMing are looking for a IT System Support on the IT Team. As part of the team, ability to multi task and manage stakeholder relationships is key. Candidates constantly get the opportunity to speak to external parties in order to manage the best deals for the company. A strong candidate is able to demonstrate good attention to detail as well as an interest in prioritises the workload when it comes.
Learning curve of the job is steep and fulfilling. Nonetheless, comprehensive trainings are provided on the job for candidates whom are seeking to learn and grow.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Provide full range of information technology support activities for local and oversea office, such as applications software support, network administration, office network security and protection;
- Assist Head of IT in problems resolving and work closely on further IT development, planning and budgeting.
- IT system and infrastructure documentation.
Job Requirement : -
- Able to work independently, under pressure and as and when required flexible hours;
- Graduate in Computer Engineering/Science or related discipline;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT related job area;
- Highly motivated, team player and user-oriented;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Work based : Senai, Johor
