Job Description

  • Monitor staff attendance, leave and claims and manage leave management and ensure staff leave applications are updated accurately.
  • Update personnel records ie. employee particulars in system and ensure staff movement are captured accurately.
  • Processing SOCSO claim as and when required
  • Managing in-house payroll function from end-to-end.
  • To Monitor HRDF fund and submit appropriate claims.
  • To Coordinate and organize training programs for staff.
  • To assist in recruitment activities
  • To diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned from time-to-time
  • Preferably Fresh Graduate
