Job Description
- Monitor staff attendance, leave and claims and manage leave management and ensure staff leave applications are updated accurately.
- Update personnel records ie. employee particulars in system and ensure staff movement are captured accurately.
- Processing SOCSO claim as and when required
- Managing in-house payroll function from end-to-end.
- To Monitor HRDF fund and submit appropriate claims.
- To Coordinate and organize training programs for staff.
- To assist in recruitment activities
- To diligently carry out all duties of HR and admin matters as assigned from time-to-time
- Preferably Fresh Graduate
