Job Description
HR & Admin Executive
TS Plumbing & Construction (M) Sdn Bhd
Major Functions: To provide day-to-day administrative support in the implementation of human resource policies, procedures, and ensure smooth office operations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Oversee all administrative tasks in the office compliance with company established policies and procedures
· Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, employment contracts and etc aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures.
· Assist in monthly payroll for all levels and monthly reporting.
· Monitor the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
· Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
· Update and manage employee records.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
· Coordinate and provide administrative support for office operation.
· Provide administrative support for the director.
Job Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least diploma / degree in business management or related field.
· At least 2 years experience as management level.
· Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Malay & English.
· Possess with strong leadership skills.
· Added advanage if available immediate or within short-notice.
