- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions in the company.
- Process monthly payroll, allowances and OT.
- Maintain and record employees’ profile, attendance, punctuality, absence, annual leave, medical certificate, salary, allowance, bonus, deduction, shortage, overpaid etc.
- Handle monthly statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
- Liaise with all government bodies, local authorities and agencies.
- Manage the recruitment process such as posting the job advertisement on online portals, screening candidates, conducting interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies.
- Manage and solve all staff related issues.
- Respond and handle customers’ enquiries received by calls, messages (WhatsApp) and emails.
- Assist with order processing and daily data entry in auto count system.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors and customers.
- Follow up with all pending shipments.
- Update sales team on the daily delivery statuses of customer orders.
- Update the daily inventory stock list if required.
- Attend to mobile phone after working hours and respond to all company related queries (if any).
- Handle the director’s customers personally if required.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in HR Management/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Preferably candidates with at least 3 years of HR work experience.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates must be able to work 5.5 days alt half day Saturday.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ulu Tiram.
