Job Description


  • Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives
  • Improve employee relations by effectively managing all employee issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
  • Create and nurture a positive working environment
  • Manage compensation and benefits plan
  • Ensure HR legal compliance
  • Coordinate with Govt agencies for employee visa
  • Manage the Payroll process


  • Leading the administration functions such as Company mobile lines, courier services, company vehicles monthly pass, company’s intercoms number, and PABX systems.
  • Overall office administration, vendors, and building administration matters
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
