Job Description
HR
- Develop and implement HR plans and initiatives
- Improve employee relations by effectively managing all employee issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Create and nurture a positive working environment
- Manage compensation and benefits plan
- Ensure HR legal compliance
- Coordinate with Govt agencies for employee visa
- Manage the Payroll process
Admin
- Leading the administration functions such as Company mobile lines, courier services, company vehicles monthly pass, company’s intercoms number, and PABX systems.
- Overall office administration, vendors, and building administration matters
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time.
