Job Description
- Be responsible for organizing and directing the filling procedure of all gases into cylinders as well.
- To lead production team for the safe daily production operation.
- Planning and organizing production schedule as to minimize cost and maximize productivity.
- Solving and diagnose all quality issue.
- Liaise with sales team for improvement quality issue and reduce customer complaint.
- Determining quality control standards and ensure the quality check on the raw material and the finished product.
- Coordinate between vendors, staff and engineer on commissioning production.
- Liaise with maintenance dept for the maintenance of equipment and machinery breakdown.
- Travel to customer premises for further checking and find out root cause of quality issue.
- Prepare all related report on production as required.
