Job Description
Job Summary
This role will provide process enhancement for Starmed Specialist Center Pte Ltd’s finance operation This role is responsible for a wide variety of finance-related tasks that are primarily associated with preparing financial records. Also, this role will providing back-end support by providing examine the accuracy for all relevant financial transaction had been recorded in the system is accordingly.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
General Ledger
General Ledger
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information
- Prepared monthly closing and prepare management report for management review
- Prepared monthly Journal Voucher based on the computation from working file such ah prepayment, Accrual, etc.
- Prepared New Fixed asset registered and depreciation for monthly activities
- Responsible for Interco transaction and Interco balance in monthly basis
- Computation all related figure such as sales/ cost/ purchase/ inventory from retail pharmacy and update to the system.
- Bank reconciliation for all activities bank
- Computation employee cost for HR working file
- Computation Hire Purchase and adjustment based on complete working file
- Assist with and act as the primary point-of-contact for auditor requests
Account Receivable
- To prepare final recon for all daily counter collection and submit to OIC review
- To prepared IBG transaction reconciliation
- To check and post Sales Batch / including all relevant sales transaction
- Prepared and review Weekly HIS and counter checking report
- Review daily recon in weekly basic
- Prepared all related Interco sales invoice and submit to interco relevant party
- Prepared Unapplied receipt report for CRC in monthly basic
- Prepared aging in monthly basic
Account Payable
- Review and posting all non-stock invoice
- Prepared all AP Accrued purchase reconciliation in monthly basis
- Prepared all related bank charges transaction
- Check and posting all stock code purchase MMC
- Prepared all Hire purchase payment auto debit in system
- Prepared all Employee cost payment in system after checking with HR and bank statement
Fixed Asset
- Prepared New Fixed asset registered and depreciation for monthly activities
- Lead & Involve in disposal activities
- Perform system disposal
General / Other Duties
- Participate stock take in Starmed
- Any other ad hoc assigned by OIC
Requirements
- Professional Accounting Qualification ACCA or equivalent is advantage
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Mandarin
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
