Job Description

1. Responsible to handle full spectrum of Human Resource Function, including recruitment, employment contract, staff claims, overtime, orientation, foreign workers management, training & development, performance management, payroll administration, benefits and compensation.

2. Manage recruitment (job posting, pre-screening resume & interview arrangement)

3. To issue warning letters and other letter upon request by the company / branch in charge person

4. Liase with government authorities & statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resource (JTK, Immigration, HRDF, MBJB, Fomema, etc)

5. Responsible to handle foreign worker application, renewal permit, Labour Recalibration Programm etc

6. Monitoring & renewal Company insurance & lisence, Company vehicle insurance & roadtax

7. Ensure the company comply with Malaysia labour regulation.

8. Ensure timely & accurate monthly payroll processing & remittance of all statutory contribution (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF & all matters related to monthly salary)

9. Keep track of staff confirmation, monitor staff contract, and expiry renewals & other employment HR related due dates. Prepare HR related letters

10. Verify, record & update staff personal and OT claims

11. Assist in annually reports such as E filling submission etc

12. To monitor employee leave & medical claim to ensure there is no abuse

13. Maintain employee records (personal particular, attendance & etc) ensure such record are kept updated. Maintain a good filing system

14. High integrity & able to maintain confidentially at all time

15. Develop & coordinate training programs for the company.

16. Facilitate the performance management process to ensure all employees are assesed on time & with maximum objectivity

17. Handle ISO related matters for HR Dept

18. Responsible on company assets management matters

19. Adhoc assignment assigned by superior
