Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist manager in handling full set of accounts, GL, AP & AR
- Vouch suppliers invoice after goods received, prepare all payments in a timely manner to ensure they are accurate and in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare bank reconciliation
- Responsible in prepare audit schedules & expenses analysis for tax computation
- Handle fixed assets register, recording journal entries and filing documents
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accounting field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a manufacturing company would be an added advantage.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.
- Attention to details, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
