Job Description
REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor's Degree in Science or related field
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Required language(s) : Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 28000 & ISO 45001
- Familiar with ISO Documentation Systen
- Qualified Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 28000 & ISO 45001
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
- To ensure all activities are align with International Standards, Malaysian Standards and Company Policy.
- Establish, implement, maintain and control a documents required by standards <ISO & MS> and authorities.
- Lead in all activities related to ISO standards such as Management Review, Internal Audit, Authorities inspection/audit, Certification Audit and etc.
- Responsible as a Group Document Controller <DC>
- Advise management on regulations and directives which affect the company and its employees.
- Collate and maintain any data, records or others information required by standard <ISO & MS>.
- As internal trainer for ISO & MS awareness.
- Monitor, analyze and compile all KPIs which related to ISO standards.
