Job Description
- Perform daily office general clerical duties.
- Assist in all scopes related to Admin field.
- Assist office administration matters including office equipment and stationery.
- Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transaction and prepare the report.
- Establish and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration.
- Support facility team on admintraction matter, conduct orientation, issue official letter to government body.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
- Must possess at least Diploma / Higher / equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience.
- Computer literate and Microsoft Office.
- Possess own transportation.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good in communication skills, personality, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Responsible and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Applicate must be willing to work at Seelong/Senai, Johor area.
