Job Description

·        To assist Manager to implement and administer end-to-end sourcing processes to ensure that the department’s manpower requirements are met. The key tasks include sourcing, liaising with Recruitment Agencies, posting ads, pre-screening, coordinating interviews for Managers, assisting in the documentation for selecting and hiring process.

·        To conduct Job Description review from time to time and to discuss with Department Head for any changes.

·        Handling training and development of employee from organizing Training Needs Analysis, developing Annual Training and Development plan which consist both internal and external training and analyzing the evaluation.

·        Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining Human Resource Policies and Procedures, strategies and guidelines in line with the company business plan.

·        To plan and coordinate company’s events, functions, and/or employee engagement activities.

Skills:

·        Strong communication skills and ability to work independently as well as in team.

·        Client focused, with the ability to analyse about client needs.

·        Good interpersonal skill and presentation skills.

·        Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.

·        Detailed, oriented analytical thinking to support budget planning and reporting.

Requirements:

·        Degree in Human Resource Management/ Development, Psychology, Business Administration or equivalent, with professional qualification in Human Resource Development.

·        Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Development specialized in Training and Development function.

·        Has experience in HR Management System.

·        Experience in other human resources function will be an advantage.

·        Computer literate in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Windows.
