- Quote for new products according to customer’s requirement, establish new business model, coordinate with internal department to ensure the new business proceed smoothly.
- Establish customer data file, provide customer service, and maintain good relationships with customers.
- Monitor and report materials status on products assigned.
- Co-ordinate production activities, identify schedule related problems and work with respective department concerned to resolve them.
- Review and provide delivery commitment to orders for products assigned.
- Ensure delivery commitments to customers are met.
- Inventory excess control and reporting.
- Any other duties as assigned by Program Manager.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience from EMS field, specialized with customer development and program management.
- Possess strong, effective communications skills
- Able to work independently and customer focused
