Job Description
Primary responsibilities, Key relationships and Core values
-Develop objectives and standards to comply with DOSH, DOE, Local
authorities and Client Safety and Environmental requirements
-Implement, maintain and improve environmental policy, protection programs and monitoring system
-Lead activities related to ESH
-Conduct safety and environmental review, analysis and reports
-Develop and conduct ESH awareness programs
-Manage PPE stock and distribution
Key result area
-ESH risk analysis and management
-Job hazard analysis and controls for identified hazards
-Incident investigations, statistics and reports
-Effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions
-Formulation and implementation of ESH programs and activities
-Performance and effectiveness ESH programs and activities.
-ESH inspections and audits
-Compliance to ESH requirements of DOSH, DOE, Clients and other statutory bodies
Key knowledge / Job Specific Competencies
-3 years of experience in ESH
-Working knowledge of DOSH and DOE requirements
-Working knowledge of OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and EQA 1974 standards
-Working knowledge of ISO14001 standards
-Inspection and audit experience
-Experience with drafting process and procedures
