Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To act as superior role for environmental (cleaning, landscape, pool, facilities, waste collection, pest control)
- To ensure tender document prepare 3 months in advance.
- To ensure environmental service providers payment process in order.
- To report to superior for any repair work required.
- To backup colleague if he/she on leave or not around.
- Other ad hoc as assign by supervisor.
- Ensure all building floor, common area and facilities room good condition in all times
- Ensure maintaining cleaning Drainage / floor trap / main holes Building floor are clean and clear from insect such as Mosquito, rats or cockroach.
- Monitor daily work progress cleaning residential / refuse room & refuse chamber.
- Monitor/ ensure cleanliness of all resident lobby, common toilet, riser room clean, refuse bin are clean and collect daily.
- Monitoring work progress daily works progress such as cleaning, Watering, etc.
- Monitoring all schedule treatment carry as follow scheduling as per service provider prepared.
- Ensure all rubbish from landscape area has been clean and collect daily after work progress.
- Ensure all landscape plant/tree is safety in common area from Resident
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
