Job Description
- Investigate persistent quality issues of the production process and equipment and provide appropriate Corrective/ Preventive actions.
- Ensure the implementation of corrective is effective by evaluating the effectiveness from time to time.
- Study and analyze process and equipment related issues, recurring deviation, customer complaints, and other holistic engineering issues and address them efficiently.
- Identify process improvement opportunities at production area and provide effective plans to execute them.
- Execute improvement project development from user requirement stage till release to production.
- Design and write Engineering Study Protocol and execute them effectively, which include data collection, analysis and provide recommendation if further improvement is required.
- Provide engineering support to Production, Engineering and QC in terms of process improvements, repair, trouble shooting of automation & control system, calibration and process validation.
- Execute engineering activities, including process validation, process, material, equipment upgrading qualifications.
- Perform any task assign by superior.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering fields or Diploma in Manufacturing or Engineering fields (+8 years relevant experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing environment with knowledge and and hands on experience in Lean Management or Six Sigma methodology.
- Skills in automation, equipment installation, start up, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting are added advantage
