Job Description
Job Responsibility
This individual will act as a liaison, provide product information and resolve any emerging problem that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Job Requirements:
- Manage all enquiry from customers through Social Media platform (Instagram, FB, TikTok and etc.) and MarketPlace Platform (Lazada, Shopee, Website etc.).
- Join live posts to answer all enquiry mentions in the live such as FB Live, Shopee Live, Instagram Live and others.
- Respond to customer emails and WhatsApp where necessary.
- Assist client on order on-line
- Divert customer enquiry to respective department when necessary.
- Patiently listen to customer inquiry or problems.
- Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner.
- Foster and build relationships with customers.
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set.
- Other duties from Marketing Director
- Be passionate about the products you deal in and be the forefront of all the latest technology/specifications
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree holder in any field of studies
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English/Bahasa Melayu or Mandarin
- Relevant experience in Contact/ Call Centre or Customer Service environment is a plus but not a must
- Passionate in delivering excellent customer service experience
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Structured thought process with great sense of urgency
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence to work in a virtual environment
Additional Details:
- Based on the evolving situation with Covid-19, we will work with you to ship equipment to your home address and conduct a new hire orientation virtually. From there your training and/or work will be remote until the situation with Covid-19 allows us to move back into our building.
