- Respond to customer-related inquiries (email or tickets) from overseas customers (Southeast Asia, Europe) and assist in solving their problems (include pre-sales and after-sales)
- Act as an intermediary between customers and the internal operation teams to respond to customers’ queries
- Identify and summarize problems faced by customers and resolve the issues efficiently, thereafter revising the SOP
- Deal with complaint cases raised by the department
- Improve and optimize training to assist supervisor in raising the performance levels of the part-time employees
Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (both typing and speaking required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers)
- Candidates with customer service or team leader experience will be advantageous
- Highly customer-oriented
- Possess analytical skills and is adaptable when dealing with different scenarios
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Working Hours
- 5 days a week (Monday- Sunday, might be shifted on weekends)
- 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
