Job Description
The Customer Service Representative is the engine of Wing Yet Logistics! Utilizing a high energy approach, the CSR will clearly identify current customer needs for our service and how they can benefit from partnering with Wing Yet Logistics on every shipment. Providing excellent customer service is essential in this position. Customer Service, industry experience, and some college coursework preferred but not require.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Handle current customer accounts.
· Deal with inbound and outbound email or phone calls.
· Handle shipments for Container Haulage, Transport, Forwarding and Shipping.
· Maintain relationships with carriers and customers.
· Provide exceptional customer service to customers and growth of new business.
· Solve customer and carrier problems and help resolve issues.
· Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
· Excellent multitasking skills within their work space as well as computer software programs.
· Be a professional representative of our company that other employees look up to.

Qualifications
Education/Experience
· Minimum SPM, diploma required. Some college preferred but not required.
· Previous customer service in Haulage or Shipping industry experience required.
· Logistics experience preferred but not required.
Reasoning Ability:
· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
· Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Language Skills:
· Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
· Ability to write simple correspondence.
