Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To provide one stop customer service on enquiries, requests and complaints from walk-in customers and agency force.
- To troubleshoot customers and agency force issues and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- To process customers' policy request within the Service Commitment Benchmark (SCB).
- To process customers' payment and insurance application.
- To provide feedback towards improving the existing workflows by proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- To ensure compliance to policies, guidelines and regulations.
- To perform other duties as delegated by the Management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in customer service environment, experience in life insurance industry will be an added advantage
- Good customer handling skills and complaint handling experience
- Possess good attitude, customer-focus mindset, and enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Johor Bahru or Batu Pahat branch.
- Full-time & contract position available.
