Job Description
- Communicate and liaise with customers in handling inquiries, order processing, shipment of products.
- Ensure customers' information requests, complaints and suggestions are handled promptly and professionally.
- Build customer relationship through effective communication and reliable service.
- Working closely with related departments internally to ensure customers' requests are performed accordingly
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by management.
- At least a Diploma in any field.
- Candidate with less than 4 years working experience are also encouraged to apply but manufacturing background is required.
- Customer service experience in manufacturing field, strong analytical skills and excellent in Excel are a must.
- Required skills: Computer literate, communication skill, critical thinking, customer service focus, analytical, innovative, business sense.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Candidates fluent in Mandarin is a must as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking customer.
