Job Description
You will be supervising, directing and optimizing your local customer care team to continuously provide customer excellence and sustainable growth across your scope of responsibility.
Apart from utilizing your strong forwarding and market knowledge, you will also drive service improvement activities, to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services and features.

Responsibilities: -
- To drive customer engagement, satisfaction, retention and reactivation in close cooperation with Field Sales and the Operational Care Center team to establish and strengthen operational relations with customers.
- To provide, document and follow-up on quotations for existing business in line with the pricing strategy.
- To ensure complete and correct customer contact data, service data and changes in the system while ensuring a best-in-class onboarding, setup and consistently provide customer reporting.
- To consistently perform shipment qualification in line with working instructions to ensure full and complete handovers to the Operational Care Center team to optimize the customer experience.
- To collaborate with Finance to adjust credit limits based on daily business development + coordinate measures in case of challenges.
- To drive continuous improvement of processes and controls to improve service levels and efficiency.
- To document, analyze, resolve complaints, identify root causes and find sustainable solutions.
- To ensure delivery against all financial targets and strategic objectives.
Qualifications: -
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Strong leadership skills
- Customer focused and driven
- Stakeholder relationships and management experience
- Good time management skills.
