Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- To plan & prepare the Teacher's existing and new class schedule in such a way that optimum class is achieved with maximum efficiency.
- To coordinate with Parents, Teachers, HR, Trainers, Salesperson, Logistic to ensure the smooth flow of classes.
- To strategically plan for Teacher recruitment based on different locations’ demand.
- Monitor Teacher’s teaching items stock to ensure new Teacher has enough teaching items.
- Responsible of monthly service fee calculation to Teachers
- Maintain good relationships and rapport with Teachers.
- Able to react fast pace in handling ad hoc problem faced by Teacher
- Prepare monthly reporting to Management.
- Continual improve maintain Scheduler’s SOP & Student’s Database
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Business fields.
- At least 2 to 3 years working experiences in production, material planning or relevant field
- Required skills: Microsoft Offices, Google Suite, Organizing & Coordination Skills and interpersonal skills
- Required languages: Mandarin & English
- Applicants must be willing to work in Johor Bahru, Taman Perling
