Job description:
- Maintaining standard costs of raw materials, packaging, machines, and finished goods
- Conduct analysis of all costs
- Producing monthly management accounts including material costs
- Managing the budgets around all costing issues and provide variance analysis
- Developing and maintaining accurate costing systems in relation to labour, production methods and material supply
- Ensuring all costs are identified and recorded accurately
- Analysing the P&L and balance sheet accounts to understand the main cost drivers of the business
- Understand Operational and Production software to ensure that costs are recorded accurately
- Play an active role in costing new products
- Support for RFQ process within given timeframe
- Support in new supplier sourcing and present for management evaluation.
- Support in maintaining standard cost in SAP
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Marketing, Secretarial or equivalent. Finance & Accounts majority is preferred.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English (Interview conduct in Mandarin)
- Strong cost accounting knowledge, data analysis and diagnosis
- Knowledge in financial control, accounting process and analysis
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin & English
- Strong team player with ability to work independently and be proactive.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel and Words)
