- Analyzing company financials and projections
- Involving in preparation of transfer pricing documentation, business valuation, company write-up independently or as a member of the team
- Involving in corporate advisory work independently or as a member of the team
- Researching market conditions and developments
- Conducting reviews of the financial and commercial state of companies, giving consideration to particular transactions
- Prepare and analyse cash flows & financial models
- Conduct market intelligence & business research
- Provide active input into the Company’s advisory business
- Ensuring all the regulatory aspects of a transaction have been considered
- Provide support to the business for compliance related matters, e.g. answering the inquiries from business about the control design and compliance related questions, involving in financial related system development phase to provide recommendations, etc.
- Assist Corporate Finance Manager in conducting company internal audit programme, developing the audit plan, and identifying the resources required to complete the plan.
Requirement
- At least 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Able to commit long term
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- University graduate in business or accountancy or professional certification
