Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support & work closely with Sales & Marketing team to achieve sales target.
- Monthly sales performance tracking
- Process sales order & arrange deliveries (courier services)
- Ensure effective collection from Distributors
- Manage enquiries from Distributors
- Maintain Distributor database
- Maintain good relationship with Distributors by regular visiting (JB area only)
- To provide more input and ideas into marketing initiatives.
- Lead generating activitie
- Support Marketing events especially kindergarten online and offline recruitment activities
- Adhoc duty when required
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with indoor sales support & administrative.
- Intermediate excel skills. Familiar with Google Sheet, Drive, Docs.
- Simple accounting experience is an added advantage.
- Possess own transport.
- Must be able to speak & write in MANDARIN & English.
