Job Description
We are looking to employ a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects and supervise the construction team.
This role will need a minimum of three years of work experience:-
- Assisting related executive to plan, monitor and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality
- To arrange day works for workers and supervise workers to ensure that they carried out the works as required
- To coordinate with clients, sub-contractors and workers on all projects aspects
- Scheduling, verify and check all incoming and outgoing materials, tools & equipment
- Control material wastage at site
- Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications
- Able to interpret building plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- To report the progress and quality of the overall project
- Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance
- Manage workforce performance and instituting disciplinary measures as needed
- Preparing relevant daily reports
- Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries
- Process worker payroll and other miscellaneous financial transactions
- Training new construction employees
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:-
- Preferably Senior-Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/ Construction/ Structural/ Architecture equivalent
- Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor
- Basic English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills (additional language knowledge will be an added advantage)
- Independent, analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and possess positive working attitude
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Possess own transport
- Willing to work outstation
Salary & Benefits:-
- 6 working days in a week
