- Provide efficient and excellent customer service support in crypto trading via live chat or email;
- Be familiar with the company's trading platform and be up-to-date on general market conditions
- Diligently and effectively manage and follow up the inquiries/complaints of the current/prospective client;
- Understand customers' needs and convey constructive feedbacks to management;
- Continuously seek improvement to enhance the team's performance and work efficiency;
REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:
- Bachelor Degree in Finance related qualifications i.e. Mathematics / Economics / Finance / Accounting
- An advantage to have experience in customer support in similar industry such as Cryptocurrency / Investment /Trading / Fintech / Financial institution; OR
- Ideally with at least frontline Customer Service experience and good financial knowledge / qualifications
- Excellent with numbers and have adequate financial knowledge or logical thinking
- Proficient in Mandarin & English (added point) in communication and writing in order to liaise with the multinational-speaking client;
- A great passion to develop knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading;
- Team player, who is committed and self-driven, with the ability to respond positively to a client's request for assistance
- Able to perform 5 days' shift work including weekends & public holidays (8am-5pm; 3pm-12am; 12am-9am) and work independently on shift.
