Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, coordinate and control all daily construction works at the project site and adhere to document control procedure
- Ensure the quality of work conform to ISO standard and construction specifications
- Ensure the progress of project conform to project schedule
- To maintain proper filling record
- Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attending to site meeting.
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, either in Civil & Structural / Architectural
- Minimum 5 years working experience in the supervision of property development and construction projects.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast paced and demanding environment
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
