Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To handle all transshipment transactions in the department
- Good coordination between internal and external stakeholders
- Co-ordinate, check and consolidate all the loading and discharging figures on local and export vessel
- Well verse of transshipment processes and requirements
Reports to: Cargo Flow Management Manager
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Logistics / Maritime.
- Candidate must have at least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in transhipment enviroment / shipping operations.
- Possesses strong attention to detail along with good problem-solving skills while displaying enthusiasm and commitment.
- Excellent in teamwork, strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize multiple demands as well as strong communication skills at all levels to meet internal and external customers’ demands.
- Candidate must have the ability to operate in a changing environment with high volumes of work, fast learner, and strong desire to learn new things
- Excellent in both spoken and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Position will be based at Tanjung Pelepas Port, Johor
