- Responsible for preparation of client’s full set of account with book-keeping.
- Processing accounts and incoming payments in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
- Creates invoices according to company practices, submits invoices to clients.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax agents in preparation of audit and tax schedules.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Independent, self-motivated, and energetic team player.
- Adaptable to a fast-changing environment.
- High professional integrity and strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication skills and able to liaise with clients.
- Meticulous and multitasking.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Knowledge in basic book keeping and IFRS
- Fresh graduates with degree in Accountancy are welcome
- Degree / Diploma in Finance and/or Accounting or an equivalent qualifications
- Computer proficiency in MS Office/ Excel Applications.
- Knowledge of MYOB and Xero accounting software preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
