Job Description
Job Scope:
- Coordinates activities for procuring direct materials and indirect material.
- Reviews requisitions and MRP weekly or when needed.
- Liaise with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule.
- Orders, reschedules and cancels material based on requisitions and MRP.
- Manages supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate.
- Expedites delivery of goods to users.
- Maintains purchasing records, reports and ISO related documents
- Monthly report submission
Requirement:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree majored in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Science and Engineering.
- Supply chain experience and strong supplier management experiences.
- Min 3-5 years’ experience in purchasing and sourcing roles
- Good personality proactive, creative, self-independent, working attitude and discipline, interpersonal have good communication skill are required.
- Computer literate, English writing and speaking, Mandarin speaking is an advantage.
- Willing to work at Senai, Johor.
