Job Description

  • To check and compile overtime request / medical and expenses claims etc.
  • To check, update and compile all documents on HR matters.
  • Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Conducting employees orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • To liaise with HQ on the related HR matters.
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
  • Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
  • Communicating and explaining the organisation's HR policies to the employees.
  • To provide full support, work in team work, maintain self-motivation, keep healthy environment and avoid any provoke or confrontation which will affect employee's motivation and operation.
  • To perform other related functions and activities as assigned / directed by company.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 4 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Looking for Executive Level and Manager Level specialized in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
