- To check and compile overtime request / medical and expenses claims etc.
- To check, update and compile all documents on HR matters.
- Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
- Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
- Conducting employees orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
- To liaise with HQ on the related HR matters.
- Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
- Handling all employee enquiries & grievances.
- Communicating and explaining the organisation's HR policies to the employees.
- To provide full support, work in team work, maintain self-motivation, keep healthy environment and avoid any provoke or confrontation which will affect employee's motivation and operation.
- To perform other related functions and activities as assigned / directed by company.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 4 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Looking for Executive Level and Manager Level specialized in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
