Job Description
- Establishes company business plan by surveying company demand, conferring with people in the community, identifying and evaluating competitors.
- Oversee and manage overall operations of the department to achieve sales target, profit and growth objectives.
- Responsible for daily operation of efficiency, productivity and profitability through the effective management and compliance with pre-set operational procedures.
- To carry day-to-day operations and improve company performance in terms of profitability, sales revenue, customers' awareness and cost control.
- To maintain good relations with customers & promote company's services.
- Seek feedback from customers and observe customer’s behavior.
- Conduct regular analysis to evaluate promotion and sales strategy effectiveness and identify business opportunities as well as conduct business reviews to customer
- Responsible to train sub-coordinates to cultivate more supervisor.
- Conduct Training to upgrade Team Member’s skillset.
- Monitor daily operation and report to manager on timely manner
- Coordinate with Superior and Sub-coordinates.
- Knowing to use Zendesk is an additional advantage.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
- Be responsible
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- 精通华语英语国语，以华语为主。
- 善用电脑，略懂淘宝的运用。
