Currently, our Company is expending the business aggressively and we would like to hire potential suitable candidates who are intend to come back to Malaysia to work to join our established company.We also offer competitive salary packages and provided intensive training. Job responsibilities:-

  • Manage sales target, including the monitoring and execution of marketing program 管理销售目标,包括监控和执行营销计划
  • Monitor and control the operational expenses and budgets 监管和控制运营费用和预算
  • Create action plans for food cost and labor controls 制定食品成本和劳动控制的行动计划
  • Ensure all team members comply to the company operating procedures 确保所有团队成员遵守公司运作程序
  • Ensure execution of quality, service and cleanliness standards; monitoring food product quality, completing all necessary departmental reports 确保执行质量,服务和清洁标准,监测食品质量,完成所有必要地部门报告
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to all their concerns 确定客户需求并积极回应他们的所有顾虑
  • Manages team member Schedule 管理团队成员计划
  • Overcome manpower shortage problem 克服人力短缺问题
  • Implement on the job training 实施在职培训
  • Any others related works assigned from time to time 任何其他相关工作需不时地分配

Job Requirements:-

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Able to speak and written in mandarin will be added advantange
  • Basic Skills in MS office and Google Application
  • Willing to work in inconsistent working hour
  • Strong problem-solving skills, leadership skills, organizational and interpersonal skills.
