Job Description
Managing inbound and outbound logistic of the Company, that include shipping planning, lead and collaborate with internal and external third parties ensuring logistic function effectively as strategic and operational enabler.
1. Arrange shipping & land transportation, tracking & expediting of all shipment.
2. Liaising with freight forwarders/customers on all import/export of goods.
3. Receiving & update all import/export forms from freight forwarder after shipment.
4. Update on sales and shipment trucking report.
5. Updating of LMW monthly, yearly reports, processing LMW application.
6. Assist purchasing and planning of raw material, spare parts and consumable items.
7. Continuously improve order fulfillment process focusing on perfect order, cycle time, delivery time and productivity.
8. Interfaces with customers to ensure delivery commitments are meet.
